Zack's pasta dish ver.2

Zack took charge and made dinner tonight. Of course, he wanted to try making a different tomato sauce. He picked a recipe from the Joy of Cooking cookbook called the twenty-minute tomato sauce. I think it may have taken him longer than that but it was fantastic.

It had the perfect amount of spice from the red pepper flakes. The sauce had good texture too because Zack pulsed the sauce with the food processor before cooking it. Along with the garlic and herb toast that I made, it was a very satisfying meal.
